First Blog and Pretty Wreaths

I decided several months ago that I wanted to start a blog, and I spent all this time making it look the way I wanted it to and then never posted anything on it!  Last week I decided I actually was going to blog about some wreaths I made last weekend.  I got the idea here to make a tissue paper wreath.
Then I spent probably 2 hours at Hobby Lobby looking at everything!  I do mean everything!  I was overwhelmed I love everything in there.  Except the glue guns they were a challenge to say the least.  When I left I was inspired to be crafty and I really was ready to put up my Christmas tree, since they had huge sections of Christmas stuff they were putting out.  I decided September might be a little too early!  Maybe.
Here's what I came back with:  2 wreaths, a J and P, a new glue gun and glue sticks; tons of tissue paper, and no craft would be complete without glitter!

This is how it started a big bag full of tissue paper square the plain wreath and a hot glue gun
Then I glued the paper in the holes I poked with the lid of a pen
About half way through, this one I did really really tight the other wreath I made I didn't put so many hole in
Here's my J painted silver, then I poured glitter all over it and sprayed high gloss over it
Finished wreath #1
Here's #2 this one is going to go on the front door
I am very pleased with how they turned out
This is a bad picture but I think you can tell how glittery the letters are.
All in all I think they are going to look really good when I get some hooks to hang them up with.
